Comprehensive Health History
Once we've decided to work together, we'll set up our first appointment. I'll then email you a very comprehensive Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire for you to fill out before our meeting.
After you've completed it and returned it to me, I'll review it prior to our Consultation, making notes and looking for patterns.
75-Minute Consultation
In-person or via video chat, our visit includes a cup of tea and a warm setting for conversation. We review your questionnaire responses and talk more in-depth about your main health concerns and priorities. I'll also take your blood pressure, analyze your pulses, and visually examine your tongue. If we're meeting remotely, I can still gather some of this vital info.
Assessment
After our consultation, I'll take a few days to assess and integrate the information gathered thus far. I'll then ascertain your custom 'prescription' for improving your health and vitality.
This will be based on your health history, inborn constitution, season-of-life, and current symptoms and stressors.
Customized Prescription Guidebook
I'll write up a detailed, multi-page document with very specific, 'just-for-you' recommendations and send it to you via email. This will include foods, spices, herbs, types of exercise and best times of day for it, lifestyle practices, and a shopping list.
Guided 3-Day Food-Based Detox Cleanse
This is a gentle cleanse that will not leave you hungry or light-headed. You'll eat 3 simple-yet-satisfying meals each day. You'll also experience several other therapeutics, such as spice teas and herbal blends to help escort accumulated toxins out of your body-mind system.
Implementation of Prescriptions
After your cleanse, you'll begin to add in foods that will continue to bring your constitution back into harmony. I'll guide you every step of the way, sharing perfect-for-you recipes, food prep tips, shopping lists, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and other steady support.

Follow-Ups
We'll continue to refine and expand how you're experiencing your new, healing Ayurvedic lifestyle. Via weekly 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions during weeks 3 through 12, you'll be supported by ongoing, personalized education and warm accountability. We'll fine-tune your protocols as the seasons—and life's stressors—shift.
Email Support
Between appointments, I'll be available to you via email to answer quick in-the-moment questions. For example, perhaps the need might arise for some tips for navigating food choices for an upcoming social event, or you might want a brand recommendation for a particular herb or spice. I'm on-call to support you or to research something for you.

Throughout, you'll be learning about and creating sustainable lifestyle habits that will support your vitality and resilience, now—and later. At the close of our 3-month healing journey, you'll receive a comprehensive document that clearly lays out what works for you. This will be your guide to refer to and rely on to equip you to meet life's stressors with grace and agility.
