These 3 spices are beautiful, balancing and complimentary to each other and to you. It causes balancing of all 3 doshas due to their properties working together.
Use as a tea, or in cooking.
Tea: 3 cups of water, 1 tsp of each spice, bring to boil, simmer 10-15 mins. Cool to hot but tolerable and safe temperature. Sip throughout the day from a hot cup.
If you received a sample from workshop- boil 1 cup of water with the contents of packet as above or add a tea ball to hot cup and add boiling water.
For cooking: Saute 1/4-1/2 tsp of each in ghee, healthy oil or dry roast in pan. Add food in, stir and marry the flavors and medicinal power into the foods to aid digestion. Add other desired spices for flavor and qualities or according to doshic imbalances or season.
